Small-batch roasting
Coffee beans roasted your way, right when you buy them.
A small roaster has its pros and cons. Yes, small batch roasting may be repetitive, laborious and small but also can be precise and customized. There is more control in smaller batches and every order can be roasted fresh. There is no shelving coffee beans because every order is roasted the moment you order. We can adjust your roast however you want it. If you want to try an Ethiopian or a Kenyan in a more medium or darker roast profile, that is your preference, and it shall be so. I believe preference shouldn’t be contained to a what the roaster specifically makes it out to be. We conform to your preference, not the other way around. I grew up in a country where dark roasts were commonplace and widely preferred. Some parts of the world prefer their roasts as light as can be. To the point of tasting that grassy earthy flavor. You can enjoy your coffee the way you want it. Preference has a wide range of variety and one should not be inhibited in trying new things. You will never know what new exciting nuances come out from roasting different types beans, from different regions in the world, in different ways of roasting. The combinations are quite limitless.
